Anita’s 4 Ingredients Glazed Grilled Salmon

Healthy, and super easy Recipe to make in No-time. Crusty, oven-baked caramelized Salmon. It’s one of our family favorite dishes.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup pure Maple Syrup

4 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgen Olive Oil

2 Pounds whole salmon fillet

1 large white onion, in rounds

Cilantro leaves, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 grades Farenheit.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk maple syrup, mustard, soya sauce and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillet over a Pyrex baking dish and pour over 1/2 of the maple glazed, reserving the rest for later. Arrange onions around both sides. Place in middle rack of oven.
  4. Bake salmon for about 20 minutes uncovered. Take it out of the oven and pour rest of maple glaze over.
  5. Place Salmon dish on top rack of the oven. Bake for about extra 5 to 7 minutes until top of salmon is flaky, golden and caramelized.
  6. Garnish with cilantro leaves (optional). Enjoy!
