Anita’s delicious 3 ingredients Salad
Sweet, caramelized walnuts, salty feta cheese makes this salad simply delicious and healthy!
Ingredients
A package of Fresh Spinach (6 to 8 ounces)
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
To Caramelized walnuts:
- Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in the microwave. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375 grades Farenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Toss together using a zip log bag: 2 Tablespoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 Tablespoon honey, pinch of salt. Add melted butter and toss all together in bag.
- Lay walnuts flat in the lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes or until golden brown and caramelized. Let them cool and remove from pan.
