Anita’s Delicious Baked Bananas

You will go bananas 🙂 for this simple and most satisfying fast dessert that will please your sweet tooth. Easy to make and only using just couple SIMPLE ingredients.

Ingredients

4 or more bananas, peeled

1 Tablespoon of light brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

pinch of cloves, ground

Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 grades Farenheit
  2. Cut each banana lengthwise about 1/2 inch. deep, leaving rest uncut to the end.
  3. Place each banana on a baking pan lined with foil paper and greased with vegetable oil.
  4. Mix in a bowl brown sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Inside each banana pocket distribute the mix evenly.
  6. Place into the oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
  7. If you would like to caramelize the top more, turn the broiler in high for 1 to 2 minutes until top of bananas are golden brown.
  8. Enjoy! Next to a vanilla Ice cream will be very pleasant too!
