Anita’s Healthy and Super Moist Turmeric Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 cups of almond flour

3-4 ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs, room temperature

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/3 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground

1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup of coconut milk

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon coconut extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325 grades Farenheit. Grease 1 pound loaf tin with baking butter spray. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs till yellow pale. Add in all the rest of ingredients.
  3. Beat all till well combined. Pour mixture into your baking loaf tin.
  4. Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  5. Keep in tin for about 15 minutes to cool slightly. Turn into serving tray stand. Spread the Love and share it with family and friends. Enjoy a slice with a little spread of butter, Yummy!
