
Anita’s Healthy and Super Moist Turmeric Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups of almond flour
3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 grades Farenheit. Grease 1 pound loaf tin with baking butter spray. Set aside.
- Beat eggs till yellow pale. Add in all the rest of ingredients.
- Beat all till well combined. Pour mixture into your baking loaf tin.
- Bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Keep in tin for about 15 minutes to cool slightly. Turn into serving tray stand. Spread the Love and share it with family and friends. Enjoy a slice with a little spread of butter, Yummy!
