
Anita’s HOMEMADE VIRAL DUBAI PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE
I noticed these viral DUBAI chocolates recipe, and knowing my kids how much they will love them; I accepted the challenge and it’s been a while since I wanted to give it a try!
Making this at home with my own spin was really fun, and we were very pleased with the result:) The magical sweet combination of Chocolate shell with Homemade-heavenly nutty pistachio-tahini cream filling mixed with crispy Kataifi pastry, make this treat a very sweet crowd-pleasing. Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Kataifi pastry, chopped (shredded phyllo dough)
2 Tablespoon Tahini
3 Tablespoon unsalted butter
8 ounces Milk Chocolate
8 Ounces Dark or Semi-sweet Chocolate
2 ounces pink chocolate (candy melts)
2 ounces white chocolate (candy melts)
pinch of salt
1 silicon mold (I used Spring Flowers one)
3/4 cup Pistachio Cream (see my site for the recipe)
Preparation
1. Making Kataifi filling using a large frying pan. Melt the butter at low heat and add Kataifi pastry chopped. Toast it for around 10 minutes until crunchy and golden. Keep breaking it as you toast it. 
2. Remove from heat. Add it into a bowl and mix crispy Kataifi Pastry with Homemade Pistachio Cream(see my recipe), Tahini paste, and pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.
3. Place mold on a tray. Melt the pink chocolate and white chocolate into separate bowls in the microwave. 
4. With a teaspoon flick melted chocolate lightly and make a splash patter over the flowers mold. Set aside.
5. I also use the pink chocolate to write the word Dubai using the tip of a teaspoon from high to decorate the white platter. 
6. Melt milk and semi-sweet chocolates together over a double boiler until smooth. Spoon it into the mold. Tap tray so you can even up all melted chocolate and place it into the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to harden. 
7. Remove from fridge and spoon in Pistachio-Kataifi filling over chocolate. 
8. Spoon over and spread evenly the remaining melted chocolate over Pistachio-Kataifi filling. Place into the fridge for another 15 minutes or until set completely.
9. Remove from fridge. Then, unmold.
